(1) Vendor needs to provide medical records support and transcription service to transcribe and type from specific dictated directions and from voice recordings.
- Provide a website located on the internet accessible through computers.
- Shall use the website to transmit electronic copies of the dictation.
- Vendor will access the dictation system to handle the dictation and transcription of all operative reports and clinic notes.
- Shall submit cumulative daily Macro and line count and report data to the COR with the monthly invoice.
- Shall submit actual billing cost and expecting monthly billing cost to the COR, no later than 10 days prior monthly invoice submitted
(2) This bid is set aside for total small business.
