[*] Scope of Service:

Vendor needs to provide recording and transcription services.
- The consultant shall be available and on call to provide a monitor to record all commissioner board meetings, committee meetings and special events using multi track recorders electronically sound, or its equivalent, four channels with independent microphones and recording tapes provided by the consultant.
- The monitor shall arrive forty-five minutes prior to the meeting to set up equipment and identify key personnel. All monitors shall be notary publics of the state.
- The consultant shall be required to travel to various locations throughout the county as set by the annual meeting schedule and accommodate any changes in venue or schedule as may be required by the board, including the reorganization meeting held in January.
- Proceedings shall be logged for speaker identification and changes.
- Condition of recording environment and sound recording quality will be monitored throughout proceedings.
- Prepare and distribute all necessary verbatim transcripts of such meetings as may be requested by the board by certified transcribers.
- The consultant shall produce verbatim transcript from current and previous year’s meeting tapes with the provision that the contract amount not be exceeded.
- The consultant shall provide the board with copies of the recording as requested and verify that all tapes are kept in compliance with the New Jersey division of archival record standards.
