[*] Scope of Service:

Vendor needs to provide transcription services.
- Standard turnaround timeframe for transcript preparation: 5-10 business days
- Rush timeframe for transcript preparation: 2 business days
- Provide accurate, specific language transcripts (using the conversational language specifically contained in an audio/video, contractions, slang, etc.)
- Transcribe recordings and proofread transcripts
- Provide an electronic copy of the transcript in Microsoft Word format
- Ensure that any transcript produced will be certified as ‘true and accurate’ and signed by the transcriber
- May request that the Contractor amend the transcript where errors occur within 24 hours of notification to the Contractor. within 5 business days for date IIO received the transcript.
- Insert time-markers into transcripts every five minutes, synchronized to the digital recording.
