[*] Scope of Service:

(1) Vendor needs to provide captioning and communication access realtime translation (CART) captioning services.
- Realtime Captioning / CART:
- Furnishing qualified CART professionals proficient in instantaneous translation to text during meetings.
- Ensuring seamless and accurate transcription of verbal exchanges for all meeting participants.
- captioner must either log in for remote service or be physically present for onsite service in order to deliver CART for meetings/events.
- Remote Meetings: Provide live, accurate, and real-time captions for virtual meetings through a designated platform.
- In-Person Meetings: Offer on-site CART services to provide live captions during face-to-face meetings/events.
- Provide live and remote CART services in English language during all designated agency meetings/events
- Ensure that captions align precisely with their corresponding spoken words and sounds and display them on the screen at a reader-friendly speed for viewers.
- Captioning services using StreamText or a similar platform for providing real-time captions.
- The vendor must be able to provide realtime captioning at the average rate of more than 200 words per minute for live meetings/events.
