[*] Scope of Service:

(1) Vendor needs to provide real time closed captioning services to continue providing real time closed captioning of daily news broadcasts to the citizens.
- The successful Contractor will provide real time closed captioning of daily local news broadcasts to allow access to daily news broadcasts for the hearing-impaired community of state.
- The Contractor must provide real time closed captioning of daily local news broadcasts a minimum of two times per day in each of the four major media markets in the state and at least 2 stations in each market.
- These reports must include the following information on the activities completed during the preceding month:
A. Summary of real time captioning activity by time captioned, programs captioned, and stations captioned;
B. Detailed information of captioning downtime;
C. Detailed information regarding consumer complaints and resolution of complaints including date complaint was received and date complaint was resolved;
D. Other problems encountered and action taken to resolve problems including date problem was detected and date problem was resolved;
E. Summary of monthly activities by personnel managing the real time closed captioning program;
F. Error rate of captioning during the month.
(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than November 11, 2023.
(3) Contract period will be for one year.
