[*] Scope of Service:

(1) Vendor needs to provide transcription services.
- Transcription Services (New) for the 22nd District Agricultural Association
A. At least three (3) consecutive years of professional transcription or court reporter experience. All experience must have occurred within the past five (5) years.
B. A. A valid license/certification from Court Reporters Board of California, or National Court Reporters Association (NCRA) Registered Professional Reporter (RPR).
C. At least three (3) positive references.
D. A verified accuracy rate of 99% (based on reference checks)
E. The ability to work on site.
- Contractor shall be physically present at the meetings to provide services.
- Contractor’s Transcriptionist must be adept in taking minutes at unstructured meetings with more than two (2) people speaking simultaneously and must be familiar with and adapt quickly to a variety of speaking styles and accents.
- Contractor’s Transcriptionist shall dress in appropriate professional attire and shall be courteous, efficient, and neat and clean in appearance.
(2) All questions must be submitted no later than November 9, 2023.
(3) The contract period will be two years.
