[*] Scope of Service:

(1) Vendor needs to provide transcriptions court reporting services.            
- The Contractor shall provide Court Transcript and Stenographic Services to PERB for Hearings as needed.
• The contractor shall arrive at PERB, located at 1100 4th Street, SW, Suite E630, Washington, D.C.20024, thirty (30) minutes before the hearing.
Remote Hearing: The contractor shall log on via WebEx twenty (20) minutes before the hearing start time when hearings are held virtually.
• The Contractor shall submit any technical requirements to PERB at least two (2) days before the hearing.
• The contractor shall be available for the hearing proceeding, which shall begin at 9:30 am (unless otherwise changed in advance) and are approximately six to seven hours long.
• The contractor shall provide transcripts of the proceeding electronically or by a certified courier for CD pick-up and delivery of the completed transcript upon request.
• The contractor shall produce the transcripts via various methods, including electronic reporting, voice-writing, or computer programs. The method will be coordinated with PERB days following the proceeding.
(2) A contract period will be for one year.
