(1) Vendor needs to provide professional stenographic reporting services.
- Attending public hearings, including three (3) hours of on-site time.
-  Recording the audio of the meeting using own equipment (Town does have line-in available).
- Provide an electronic transcript (Microsoft Word and PDF formats) and the audio file (mp3 format) of the meeting in both within five (5) business days.
- Provide a bound, paper transcript with key-word indices, upon request.
(2) Contract period will be for two years.
