[*] Scope of Service:

(1) Vendor needs to provide professional transcription services that accurately record and transcribe testimony and other information provided at the board’s weekly meetings, hearings and at the weekly roll call hearings,
- Shall possess the capability to attend, record testimony and information, and provide transcription services for board hearings that may be held in the evenings,
- Shall be required to complete and deliver accurate written transcripts to within two weeks (14 calendar days) from the date of the board hearing,
- Shall be capable of providing a transcriptionist to for emergency board hearings within 48 hours of receiving a request from the agency.
(2) A contract term will be for one year.
