[*] Scope of Service:

Vendor needs to provide court reporting services.
- Shall provide certified reporters experienced in providing transcription services.
- Shall provide all supplies necessary for accurate and complete reporting of a proceeding, including but not limited to, sufficient audiotapes, tape recorders, microphones, extension cords and machinery.
- Shall deliver to the election ordering official, an original hardcopy, mini-script, with index, and electronic version on CD Rom of the transcript, within 10 business days of a proceeding, unless expedited service is requested
- Each transcript shall contain a cover sheet, which sets forth the date, time and location of the proceeding along with the name of the presiding officer. A witness, attorney, and exhibit index shall be contained in each transcript as part of the regular rate. All pages of the transcript will be numbered consecutively. The completed transcript shall be secured with a removable front and back cover.
