- Vendor needs to provide captioning services.
- Supply captioning services for its three cable channels for agency operations and facilities.
- Multiple simultaneous captioning technicians when applicable
- Real time closed captioning for live and recorded programming
- Open captioning services
- Submit one electronic transcript of each captioned program to the contract administrator within 24 hours of request
- Transcripts shall be archived for a minimum of a year.
- Ability to receive and transmit multiple concurrent captioning signals
- Transcripts and translation 98% accurate or better.
- Standard American English spelling
- Provide services during business hours, 9am-5pm, Monday – Friday. However, some hearings, programs may run longer
- Provide captioning services distribution and operator scheduling status updates and reporting when requested by the designated contract administrator within 24 hours of request.
