[*] Scope of Service:

(1) Vendor needs to provide legal transcription service.
- Service provider will transcribe any type of official electronic recording, which includes proceedings such as motions, hearings, pretrial, etc. as requested by the customer (court, attorney or public) in a timely manner.
- Service provider will provide an online portal (or equivalent on-line tool) with the following functionalities:
- Customer (court, attorneys or public) interface to identify the audio to be transcribed, receive cost estimate from service provider, approve cost estimate and submit the transcription order.
- Mechanism for the service provider to request the audio recording and other materials to be transcribed from the court and for the court to upload the audio recording and other materials, if any.
- Payment processing for credit card payments from attorney or public customers.
- Delivery portal for customer to access their transcript.
- The online portal should have an administrative interface for the court to upload audio files of official electronic recordings, check status of all pending jobs including those of court, attorney and public, and details of completed jobs.
- For bulk transcription work, the court and the service Provider will develop a mutually agreed upon delivery schedule.
- Service provider will provide email confirmation to assigned court staff within one court business day after receipt of recordings, for all customers, detailing any issue that prevents or delays delivery of transcript and declaration within required turnaround times.
- Service provider will provide transcripts electronically to the customer (court, attorneys or public) in PDF format on online portal and by email. Customer will own the transcript once delivered and paid for and will have the right to make unlimited copies the transcript.
(2) All question must be submitted no later than October 03, 2023.
(3) A contract period will be for one year.
