[*] Scope of Service:

(1) Vendor needs to provide additional transcription services for approximately 400 hours of recorded meeting time for approximately 100 individual public hearings and/or meetings.
- Each recorded public meeting may contain time allotted for public comments, for which a full transcript is required
- Transcripts produced for public comments section should include the speakers’ name, address, and the topic on which they are discussing, a verbatim transcript must be produced
- The City estimates approximately 100 individual public hearings and/or meetings of hearing transcript to be generated based on a double-spaced typed format containing 22 lines of text of 60 characters/spaces per line.
- shall produce a verbatim transcript for public meetings and hearings, and to identify each speaker, using generally accepted stenography practices.
- shall provide verbatim transcripts, certified as to truth and accuracy, of the proceedings at the public hearings and meetings.
(2) All question must be submitted no later than September 27, 2023.
