[*] Scope of Service:

(1) Vendor needs to provide medical transcription service.
- The service needs to provide a toll-free telephone number available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, to persons authorized to give dictation calling at the request of the disability determination services.
- Dictated medical reports shall be transcribed and downloaded within 48 hours of dictation.
- The physician dictating will be provided with access to the transcription services website to obtain reports.
- The disability determination services will be provided with access to reports dictated.
- The contracted service provider must follow the guidelines of the social security administration on disclosure and HIPAA, confidentiality and security of the reports, limited subcontracting, safeguarding personal identifiable information and suitability and systems monitoring safeguards.
(2) All question must be submitted no later than September 29, 2023.
(3) A contract period will be for one year.
