- Vendor needs to provide court reporter for electronic reporter and transcription services.
- The court reporter will need to be present at the meeting at the specified location a half hour before the start of the meeting to set up.
- The meeting takes place via an online or teleconference platform, the court reporter is expected to sign in 5-10 minutes before the meeting begins and will be ready to begin taking notes as soon as the meeting starts.
- Provide an Ecopy or Disk of the meeting transcripts within eleven – fifteen working days of the date of the meeting
- The ER uses individual microphones to record a proceeding electronically with a digital audio recorder
- An ER to record any proceeding that requires a verbatim record and does not require by law a CSR to report the verbatim record.
