[*] Scope of Service:

(1) Vendor needs to provide certified court reporting, transcription and other related services.
- The services shall be provided during business hours excluding State and Federal
holidays.
- 1 - Certified Shorthand Reporter - Hearings:
- Provide a verbatim record, by means of written symbols or abbreviations by machine shorthand writing, of any oral court proceeding, court ordered hearing or arbitration or proceeding before any grand jury, referee or court commissioner, and the accurate transcription thereof.
- 4 - Transcription Services:
- Transcription of audio or video recorded proceedings including hearings; meetings; interviews; interrogations; witness statements; personal histories; police reports; law enforcement dispatch recordings; surveillance recordings; jailhouse recordings.
- 5 - Certified Electronic Reporter and Transcriptionist Services:
- The electronic reporter uses individual microphones to record a proceeding
electronically with a digital audio recorder.
(2) All questions must be submitted no later than October 2, 2023.
(3) The contract period will be for three years.
