(1) Vendor needs to provide transcription and health information management services.

- No offshore transcriptionist or customer support

- Work to be completed by professional medical transcriptionist or HIM personnel
- Dedicated credentialed account manager and designated transcriptionist assigned to our account
- Friendly customer service. Placing patient care first.

- Kane medical transcription staff have access to live account review, reports and routing capabilities
- 24/7 Service and help support
- Dictation System
- Must include details supporting the uploading capabilities of transcribed reports to an electronic record system (EMR)
- Include specifics to support or eliminate downtime of the dictation system
- 24/7 dictation availability
- Toll free dictation access
- Direct dial, thru existing phone system, and remote digital access
- Phone services and repair at the point of digital hook up is the responsibility of the supplier
- Billing
- Bi monthly billing system showing VBC (Visible Black Character) count. Include definition in easy to understand language & rate.
- Invoices must include customized management reports that support and define the charges
- Established procedures for providing credit for errors, corrections and late reports exceeding contract guidelines. All adjustments made must be presented in a revised invoice prior to payment.
(2) The contract term will be three years.
