[*] Scope of Service:

(1) Vendor needs to provide court reporting services.
- provide to the agency all personnel, equipment, tools, supplies, materials, transportation, licenses, permits, and insurance to provide certified shorthand reporter services on an “as needed” basis for hearings, formal and informal testimonies, meetings, depositions, video depositions, and real-time reporter services.
- Pursuant to Business and Professions Code Section 8017, the practice of certified shorthand reporting is defined as the making, by means of written symbols or abbreviations by machine shorthand writing, of a verbatim record of any oral court proceedings, depositions, court ordered hearing or arbitration, or proceeding before any grand jury, referee, or court commissioner and the accurate transcription thereof.
- CSR will be requested for either video, remote, or in-person services.
- Legal Video Specialists video recording, web streaming, and associated services of civil trials, depositions, and hearings as required by the agency.
(2) All questions must be submitted no later than September 12, 2023.
(3) The contract period will be for two years.
