[*] Scope of Service:

Vendor needs to provide court reporting services and transcription services to eligible users throughout the entire state.
- The offeror must be able to provide transcription services with accuracy, verbatim and according to all specifications, using Microsoft Word within 7 calendar days of receipt of recording.
- Accuracy of transcription is essential. Accuracy will be determined using two factors: total errors, and significant errors that change the concept or meaning of the transcription.
- Offeror’s court reporters must be able to stay for the full duration of a scheduled appearance until completion of the proceeding, even if the proceeding goes beyond the scheduled time.
- Offeror must be able to provide requested originals and copies (including digital copies) of transcripts of any recordings within 14 days of the scheduled proceeding. Offeror must also be able to provide expedited deliveries (2-6 days) and emergency deliveries (within 24 hours) of transcripts if such services are available.
