[*] Scope of Service:

(1) Vendor needs to provide court reporting and transcription services.
- Contractor shall possess the following skills accurate typing, provide a 98% error-free transcript, excellent grammar and composition.
- Contractor shall return all completed transcripts in the following format: Microsoft Word document formatted to print in black ink on 8 ½” x 11" sheet of paper; times new roman font, 12 points; double-spaced, single-sided; consecutive line and page numbers; motions (approval decisions) in bold.
- Voice files will not be provided. Contractor is required to attend meetings.
(2) The contract period will be for three years.
