[*] Scope of Service:

(1) Vendor needs to provide court reporter services and transcription services
- Court reporting agencies to provide transcription services for the City Cannabis Administrative Penalty Appeal Hearings
- City receives an appeal request after a responsible party receives a notice of violation and/or citation
- While hearings remain remote, CSRs are not required to reside in the greater area. When hearings resume in-person, the requirement for the CSR to reside in the region may resume
- Provided by selected firms, must be on time for all hearing proceedings
- All hearing transcripts shall be prepared and submitted to the City on 25-line numbered paper. The original hearing transcript and one copy shall be suitably bound. All hearing transcripts shall be proofread and free of spelling errors prior to submission to the City. Transcripts must be provided by electronic file and/or electronic delivery, on compact disk, along with the paper copy of the transcript which should include the CSR’s signed certification page.
(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than August 24, 2023.
