[*] Scope of Service:

(1) Vendor needs to provide tele-recorder transcription services for twenty-four hours a day; seven (7) days a week toll-free telerecording/transcription services exclusively for the telephone dictation and typing of medical and psychological reports.
- Transcribe and process all reports within a 24-hour turnaround time
- Process all reports satisfactorily from the standpoint of form and accuracy
- Use digital recording equipment, which provides immediate access to user information such as date, time, and length of dictation
- Route transcribed reports to the dictating source by the close of the second State business day
- Maintain a toll-free customer service line to handle questions from dictating sources, at a minimum, this line must be staffed during regular State business hours and equipped with a messaging system all other times.
(2) All questions must be submitted no later than August 21, 2023.
