[*] Scope of Service:

(1) Vendor needs to provide real time captioning services for communication access real time translation or real time captioning for deaf or hearing impaired incarcerated persons who do not use sign language, to allow them to view captions instantly.
- Include all labor, travel time, per diem, materials, non-consumable supplies, transportation, tools, equipment, permits, licenses at no additional cost to the state and every other item of expense necessary to perform, remote real-time captioning and on-site real-time captioning services in english.
- Provide these services both at pre-hearing proceedings including, but not limited to, consultations, forensic assessment division interviews and attorney-client interviews, as well as at hearings including, but not limited to, parole consideration hearings, parole reconsideration hearings, rescission hearings and offender with mental health disorder hearings.
- The ability to provide real time captioning services in english, both remote and in-person, using microsoft teams and cisco video conferencing with captioners who meet the requirements.
- To alleviate cancellations in the event a captioner is late or relocated or rescheduled to another hearing.
- The services shall generally be provided during normal business hours, between 8:00am through 5:00pm, monday through friday, state holidays excluded.
(2) All questions must be submitted no later than August 17, 2023.
(3) The contract term will be three years.
