(1) Vendor needs to provide transcription services to record all proceedings.
- interactive website that shall serve as the vehicle by which users involved in the transcript process may request transcripts, manage payments, transmit recordings, and receive downloadable completed transcripts
- accept transcript requests and requests for copies of the recordings, receive payment for the requests, and deliver completed transcripts by non-electronic means and shall post those transactions on the website
- web portal to upload audio and log notes, witness and exhibit logs, and any other relevant materials needed for the production of the transcript into the order
- court transcripts are used for legal proceedings, accuracy is of critical importance
- transcript will be proofread and corrected, as necessary, to ensure accuracy.
(2) All questions must be submitted no later than August 4, 2023.
