[*] Scope of Service:

(1) Vendor needs to provide transcription services.
- Services that includes but are not limited to transcribing a preset number of hours of audio and video taped interviews of the complaining witness, accused persons, pretext phone calls, and other recordings.
- The transcript produced shall be 99% accurate, contain accurate time hacks, and will identify the different speakers.).
- Transcripts need not record noises or non-verbal activities.
- The services to be provided shall be accomplished using the contractors web page such that the video or audio recording may be uploaded from any location worldwide.
- The transcript will be available on the contractor’s web page for review and downloading by the attorney or paralegal seeking the transcription service.
(2) The term of contract will be for five years.
(3) Total Small Business Set-Aside.
