(1) Vendor needs to provide transcribing services for the in-person board meetings.
- provide real-time transcription through CaseViewNet or similar software and wireless devices (tablet, laptop, etc.).
- Transcription must include accurate speaker identification and index by subject.
- The hard copy version of the transcribed record shall provide a 100% record of everything spoken during a session. The minutes shall reflect a summary of presentations, discussion, and actions taken at the meeting, and shall include verbatim the formal public comment period of each meeting.
(2) All questions must be submitted no later than July 2, 2023.
