[*] Scope of Service:

(1) Vendor needs to provide transcript services and diploma fulfillment services and solution a hosted solution for providing transcript services; while reserving the right to pursue different vendors for the appropriate service; and diploma fulfillment services electronic diplomas as well as processing transactions for other credentials (duplicate diploma ordering, enrollment verifications, co-curricular or experience transcripts) to all recipients, including third parties (e.g. students, other higher education institutions, or other recipients).
- Provide ordering, credit card processing, electronic delivery, status tracking and administering of authenticated, verifiable transcripts and electronic diplomas (in a PDF or XML format) and by mail as requested.
- Provide ordering, credit card payment, and status tracking services for other credentials (duplicate diploma ordering, enrollment verifications, co-curricular or experience transcripts).
- Solution should seamlessly interface with the university's student information system to produce, record and track the document production and distribution.
- The chosen solution should enable operational and decision support reporting and should provide a means to integrate data and information from the electronic transcript system with data and information from the University in a secure manner.
- A solution that is either at no cost to the University, or that provides for revenue sharing from the processing of these requests.
- Parchment Digital Credentialing Service, which offers transcript and digital diploma services. Our current contractual agreement expires in September, 2023.
- The business need is a reliable and cost-effective vendor that can provide both digital diploma credentialing services as well as paper diploma printing and distribution.
(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than July 10, 2023
