[*] Scope of Service:

(1) Vendor needs to provide court reporting, transcription, and stenography services.
- Obtain a qualified, experienced, and certified Court Reporter and any necessary equipment to ensure a complete record of verbal testimony given during various proceedings, such as fact-findings, review boards, hearings, administrative investigations, depositions, and other legal proceedings requiring a transcribed record.
- To assign reporters to perform all work in a business-like manner and in accordance with BPA Call requirements and the highest standards of the reporting profession.
- Contractor shall, at all times, provide promptly as many competent reporters and stenographers as required at the time, date and place designated.
- Maintain such staff and equipment as may be necessary for the prompt recording of proceedings and the furnishing of satisfactory transcripts which shall conform to the requirements.
(2) The contract period will be for one year.
(3) Women-Owned Small Business (WOSB) Program Set-Aside.
