[*] Scope of Service:

Vendor needs to provide forensics transcription services to the government authority located in Alabama.
- Provide toll-free communications dictation service.
- Accept digital recordings via upload or email for transcribing.
- Provide encryption of data transmitted and must provide name of encryption software.
- Provide for the transmission of reports and audio files via internet using applicable dictation delivery program.
- Provide reports transcribed using supplied formats.
- Provide reports with minimal errors and must not charge for correcting supplier errors.
- Provide transcribed report and audio files via internet delivery within 5 business days of dictation or upload of dictation audio file.
- Provide reports in a format compatible with windows 10.
-  Supplier must notify immediately of any security or confidentiality breaches. This includes computer hacking and lost control of data or reports.
-  Supplier must have the resources to transcribe the following estimated number of reports:
• Mobile medical facility - approximately 1200 reports annually.
• Montgomery medical facility - approximately 1500 reports annually.
• Huntsville medical facility - approximately 600 reports annually.
