[B] Scope of Service:

(1) Vendor needs to provide specialized transcription services and related services for transcribed for storage, electronically, as text.
- Transcription of caseworkers’ case notes to text, using transcribers who have specialized training and/or experience in transcribing the various technical terms, terms of art, acronyms, and the like that are related to practices, goals, and objectives
- call-in system shall be protected by a passcode, PIN code, or similar security measure, so that only authorized persons can access the system
- transcription shall include a time stamp noting when the case note was called in/recorded
- Each caseworker shall only have the ability to access his/her own case notes in the system
- transcription services for between 550 and 850 case notes per month.
(2) All questions must be submitted no later than January 18, 2023.
