[B] Scope of Service:

(1) Vendor needs to provide transcription services.
- City Commission Meetings: There is an average of 18 regular meetings annually with an average of 4 hours per meeting.
- Budget Meetings: There are a total of 4 budget meetings with an average of 4 hours per meeting.
- Workshop Meetings: As needed average of 3 to 4 hours per meeting.
- Other Boards and Miscellaneous Meetings: There is an average of 70 advisory board meetings with an average of 2 hours per meeting.
- Meeting agreed upon deadlines
- Ability to perform all agreed upon work
- Ability to produce quality workmanship
(2) All questions must be submitted no later than January 30, 2023.
(3) The contract period will be for three years.

Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location.
