[B] Scope of Service:

Vendor needs to provide transcription and closed captioning services of public meetings to the government authority located in Sarasota, FL.
- The successful Proposer shall provide for timely delivery of transcripts to the City within 72 hours at no additional cost. The transcripts provided via e-mail will be in a format that allows for ease of viewing.
- The successful Proposer must demonstrate the capability to provide and utilize e-mail compatible with the City of Sarasota’s automated system, Microsoft Outlook Exchange, when transporting the transcript back to the City.
- The City of Sarasota uses the “iCap” captioning system. The iCap system is a real-time captioning system for HD closed captioning which delivers captioning via IP connection with an integrated low-latency audio feed. The Proposer will receive audio via this system and transmit captions to the City in a manner which is compatible with the iCap system.  1. Live Broadcasts consisting of but not limited to City Commission and Planning Board meetings and Workshops.
2. Pre-recorded meetings / shows shown on public access television consisting of but
not limited to, City Life, City Beat and public service announcements.
