[B] Scope of Service:

Vendor needs to provide French transcription services for daily recordings provided by the IRB on an ongoing basis, and to remove and not create new technological barriers to information and communications technology (ICT) accessibility.
- Requirements for the reproduction and preparation of French transcripts from digital recordings of proceedings. All hearings are performed using digital recording equipment and the Contractor will be provided with digital VIQ files of the recordings to be transcribed.
1. Digital recording file(s) in VIQ format;
2. An Excel Work Order detailing the specific requirement;
3. A pre-formatted cover page or statistics sheet to be used in conjunction with transcript templates.
- Contractor must have all of the required software licenses and be able to use all of the applications needed to fulfill the obligations for the duration of the contract.

- Onshore (Canada Organization Only);

[D] Work Performance:

- Performance of the work will be Offsite.
