[B] Scope of Service:

(1) Vendor needs to provide live captioning and transcription services.
- Provide live captioning and transcription services in real time for various events.
- Must explain in detail how they can make live TV and streamed media, for events more accessible and inclusive.
- 24/7 service, staffed by professional stenographers.
- Stenographers must be humans and not AI technology.
- An internet-based streamer system, that will allow individuals to get closed captioning, for TV, Web conferencing and video streaming, to their phones, tablets, or other web accessible devices
- Must be able to receive audio via a streaming source.
- Must be able to provide emergency notifications during an event
- Must be created by professional Captioners and integrate with a variety of video and streaming platforms that include at a minimum: Zoom and WebEx.
- Provide customer support and assistance during the events in case of problems.
(2) All questions must be submitted in written no later than December 9, 2022.
(3) The contract period will be for one year.

Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location.
