[B] Scope of Service:

(1) Vendor needs to provide recording and transcription services
- Consultant shall be available and on call to provide a monitor to record all commissioner board meetings, committee meetings and special events using multi electronically soundtrack recorders, or its equivalent, four channels with independent microphones and recording tapes provided by the consultant.
- Monitor shall arrive forty-five minutes prior to meeting to set up equipment and idented key personnel.
- Shall be required to travel to various locations throughout the county as set by the annual meeting schedule and accommodate any changes in venue or schedule as may be required by the board
- Proceedings shall be logged for speaker identification and changes.
- Produce verbatim transcript from current and previous year’s meeting tapes with the provision that the contract amount is not exceeded.
- Attendance of monitor per meeting for four hours setup time included.
- Overtime, per hour or part thereof.
- Verbatim transcript of proceedings: regular turnaround, per page.
- Expedited turn around, per page.
- Daily copy tum around, per page.
- Email
(2) The contract period will be for one year.

Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location.
