[B] Scope of Service:

(1) Vendor needs to provide interview audio files transcription services.
• Transcribe approximately 15-20 interview audio files with each audio file being approximately 1 hour and 15 minutes in duration (maximum 1,500 audio minutes).
• Each audio file contains two speakers.
• Speakers are mainly native English speakers.
• Audio files will be transcribed verbatim.
• Completed transcripts (i.e., word documents) shall be password-protected.
(2) All questions must be submitted no later than December 2, 2022.

- Onshore (Canada Organization Only);

[D] Work Performance:

Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location.
