[B] Scope of Service:

(1) Vendor needs to provide traditional and speech recognition, and voice recognition editing medical transcription services for meeting.
- To transcribe dictated material into the required report format pertinent to the medical care of patients.
- These reports include, but are not limited to, discharge summary, operative reports, history and physical reports, consults, compensation and pension exams, non-operative procedure notes, assessment reports, letters, telephonic consents, reports, and clinic notes.
- Transcription of dictated materials includes a high incidence of technical terminology and requires knowledge of specialized vocabulary particular to a wide variety of specialty services.
- The contractor shall be responsible to check medical and English dictionaries as needed for distinguishing between similar sounding medical, surgical, radiology, pharmaceutical, laboratory, and other terms; the preferred dictionary being the most recent edition.
(2) Contract term will be one year.
(3) This bid is set aside for service-disabled veteran-owned small business (SDVOSB).

Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location.
