[A] Budget: Looking for proposal

[B] Scope of Service:

(1) Vendor needs to provide stenography and transcription services to convert speech; either live or recorded or into electronic text documents.
- Record verbatim proceedings of legislative assemblies, committee meetings, and other requested proceedings, using a stenograph machine at minimum speed average of 100-120 words per minute.
- Ask speakers to clarify inaudible statements, when applicable.
- Proofread transcripts for correct spelling of words and prepare accurate final transcript per client’s request.
- Submit final transcription to City Clerk’s office electronically.
- Provide transcripts of proceedings upon request per the direction of the City Clerk’s office
- The Contractor shall be equipped with standard up-to-date equipment capable of completing the requested work.
- Should have back-up equipment in case primary equipment has issue; not interfere with the proceedings.
- Shall furnish and provide their own labor, material and equipment necessary for satisfactory contract performance. When not specifically identified in the technical specifications, such materials and equipment shall be of a suitable type and grade for the purpose.
(2) All question must be submitted no later than November 29, 2022.
