(1) Vendor needs to provide recording and transcription services of large public meetings.
- To provide a monitor to record all commissioner board meetings, committee meetings and special events using multi electronically soundtrack recorders, or its equivalent, four channels with independent microphones and recording tapes provided by the consultant.
- Produce verbatim transcript from current and previous year’s meeting tapes with the provision that the contract amount not be exceeded.
(2) Contract term will be one year.
