(1) Vendor needs to provide videotaping services for meetings to video record all meetings of the board, to perform such other related services as maybe incidental to video recording, and to prepare the video recordings for viewing on the various cable, fiber optic and satellite networks serving county.
- The vendor shall perform such other duties relating to video recording of meetings as may be specifically directed by the board, including but not limited to, the preparation and distribution of the video tape and the production of electronic media events relating to the board.
(2) Contract term will be one year.
