Vendor needs to provide transcription services.
- To provide transcription and hearing support services.
- Hearings using digital recording equipment from which verbatim transcripts can be produced, and that can be verified to be completely accurate to the actual discussion during the hearing
- Provide one (1) clean audio feed from its hearing transmission and audio/visual systems to the transcription provider’s systems through physical cabling and may be capable of providing a digital audio stream to the provider as a reliable backup source.
- Transcripts must be certified and signed by the attending court reporter or transcriber as applicable.
- Perform quality assurance for all transcriptions produced.

- Onshore (Canada Organization Only);

Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location.
