[B] Scope of Service:

(1) Vendor needs to provide remote transcription services.
- Provide remote transcription services for individuals within agency for scheduled lecture times.
- Provide students and agency staff with copies of transcripts following individual sessions.
- As requested, provide transcription services to students by appointment (outside of normally scheduled class times).
- Use an accessible platform, such as Microsoft Teams or Google Hangouts, for audio communications.
- Availability for service twenty-four hours a day, seven days a week. Allows billing in fifteen-minute increments at no minimum charge.
(2) The contract period will be for one year.
