(1) Vendor needs to provide transcription services to generate full meeting transcripts of pre-recorded past meetings.
- Individual meetings may vary in length, but services are needed for approximately 550 hours of recorded meeting time for approximately 200 individual public hearings and/or meetings.
- Transcripts produced for public comments section should include the speakers’ name, address, and the topic on which they are discussing
- verbatim transcript for public meetings and hearings, and to identify each speaker, using generally accepted stenography practices.
- verbatim transcripts, certified as to truth and accuracy, of the proceedings at the public hearings and meetings.
(2) All questions must be submitted no later than October 26, 2022.
