(1) Vendor needs to provide court reporting and transcription services
- All proceedings must be recorded. the agencies reserve the right to record certain hearings on magnetic tape or in a digital format.
- Provide licensed court reporters proficient in the skills of computer aided transcription (CAT) to report and transcribe all scheduled proceedings as directed by the chairman or designee.
- Recover the cost of preparing and furnishing transcripts directly from the responsible utility or the party-specified chairman or designee.
- Shall obtain prior approval from the chairman or designee before any expedited or next-day transcript is prepared.
- Shall conduct themselves in a business-like manner and according to the best standards of the reporting profession.
