[B] Scope of Service:

Vendor needs to provide court transcription and stenographic services.
- Provide transcriptions and court reporting services and to create a verbatim transcript of its Board ordered hearings. These transcripts ensure a complete, accurate and legal record of proceedings and document all statements made in the hearings.
¬- Remote hearing (s)-district government covid-19 Operational status: The contractor shall log on via Webex, twenty minutes prior to the hearing start time, when hearings are held virtually
- Shall be available for the duration of the hearing proceeding, which shall begin at 9:30AM (unless otherwise changed in advance) and are approximately six to seven hours in duration
- Shall provide transcripts of the proceeding electronically, or by utilizing a certified courier for CD pick-up, and delivery of the completed transcript, upon request.
- Shall produce the transcripts via a variety of methods, to include electronic reporting, voice-writing, or various computer programs. The method will be coordinated with, days following the proceeding.
