- will transcribe all diagnostic exams done by ACL IHC Cardiac sonographer
- will provide transcriptions, via electronic dictation reports to Providers who order exams.
- shall provide a 24 hour turn around for the transcription of radiology reports
- will consistently produce accurate secure, professional transcription of radiology reports.
- will explicitly follow all HIPPA guidelines and also work with the Acoma­Canoncito-Laguna Indian Health Center electronic health record and will merge the radiology dictation into the EHR and PACS systems.
(2) This bid is set aside for Buy Indian (specific to Department of Health and Human Services, Indian Health Services).
