[B] Scope of Service:

(1) Vendor needs to provide real-time closed captioning services of all live broadcasts of the county board of supervisor’s regular public meetings and special public meetings conducted in the board of supervisors hearing room.
- Contractor shall be advised of special meetings upon official notice of the board of supervisors.
- Contractor shall provide 30 minutes of pre-air preparation time.
- Contractor shall be responsible for any associated charges for the provision of remote real time captioning, including but not limited to, telephone fees and cable television service.
- Contractor shall schedule all regular public meetings and special public meetings open-ended.
(2) Contract term will be one year.

Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location.
