[A] Budget: Looking for Proposals

[B] Scope of Service:

(1) Vendor needs to provide electronic communication access real-time transcription service
- To provide Communication Access Real-time Translation (CART), Captioning Services for Virtual/Remote Access Presentations and, Open Captioning Transcription Services for recorded videos
- Current CART service requests are approximately 2-3 hours in duration, once a month, and shall not exceed 24 service hours annually.
- to provide onsite Communication Access Real Time Translation (CART) services, also known as computer-aided transcription services for persons who are deaf or hard of hearing
- to include Open or Closed, captioning for Virtual/remote access presentations, trainings, and/or meetings. Virtual-type assignments will be conducted via Zoom or other like services.
- to include Open-Captioning Transcription Services for recorded Videos including but not limited to, Fulton County-produced training or public service announcement (PSA)-type videos.
(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than October 14, 2022.
