(1) Vendor needs to provide pop-on multi-positional post-production captions service including human-generated and -edited off-line closed captioning for approximately 30-, 60- and 90-minute program for deaf or hard of hearing audience members.
- Provides vendor a proxy video and audio file. Does not provide a transcript for the program.
- Vendor creates transcript and edits pop-on, multi-positional captions.
- 99% accuracy, synchronicity and completeness required. Caption position may not cover any on-screen graphics or faces.
(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than September 20, 2022
(3) The contract period will be for one year.
