[B] Scope of Service:

(1) Vendor needs to provide Transcription Services to assist with transcribing audio recordings
• 911 calls for services, including police, fire, and medical calls;
• 311 calls;
• other audio. Rarely, other audio may require transcription before It can be reviewed and released
- The vendor will produce a verbatim transcript of provided audio files, indicating the role of each speaker (caller, agent, etc.)
- When a transcription is needed, you would have limited advance notice. Most transcript would be needed within a 5–10-day turnaround. However, in some cases, transcripts may require a faster turnaround of between 2-4 days.
• Annual number of transcriptions requiring transcription:
o Police related 911 calls: between 200-300 call transcriptions each year.
o 311 and Fire or medical related 911 calls: fewer than 10 call transcriptions each year.
o Other audio: infrequent, ad hoc.
• Length of each recording:
o Most 911 and 311 calls are less than five minutes long although this can vary.
o Other audio will vary. Most have been relatively short; rarely up to 30 minutes.

Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location.
